Nowadays, a wedding cake is common to be seen in wedding ceremony, it represents happiness, sweetness, different cakes also represent different moods ,like chocolate cakes ,Tiramisu cakes. Now I can imagine a couple of new people are lifting the knife and cutting the cake, the brides are wearing a white wedding dresses and smiling towards their bridegrooms when they are ready to cut the cake. how happy they are. Let me introduce you two cakes.

Tiramisu, Italian, means “Please take me.” Legends, in the Italian invasion of age, a pair of lovers, married shortly after her husband will soon be on the battlefield. The night before his departure, his wife is very careful to do a new dim sum, all of the emotions themselves are integrated into one, and it named Tiramisu. Do not know her husband was there with his wife walking together, it is important that , parting with the give up, painfully so enjoy delicious food, exquisite when his wife heard that, “It’s name is Tiramisu”, what kind of mind.

Italy is a very strange country, not only of the Roman Empire can be derived from such a large military mechanism, but also to the highest tradition of the arts and culture . Italian heritage of any one of a road, a church, a statue, a painting, are collections of ancient legends of the past decade. Even this small Tiramisu food, all contain some kind of tragic emotion. A woman waiting for her husband at home triumph, perhaps a romantic; together on the battlefield, there is a perfect tragic.

Chocolate has been associated with romance for thousands of years. Ancient Mayans reportedly served their beloved warm chocolate beverage in gold chalices at both bethrothel and wedding ceremonies.  In today’s modern weddings, however, I think chocolate is unfortunately overlooked.  Sure, sometimes the newlyweds include a layer of chocolate cake as a choice in a multi-tiered extravaganza, but it’s pretty rare to see a deep chocolate brown wedding cake gracing the table.  When chocolate iced cakes are incorporated into weddings, it’s often as the groom’s cake.  I confess that even though I’m tempted to include a cake like one at our ceremony, I’m afraid it doesn’t really go well with a spring, beach wedding and sea-inspired colors.

Did you have a chocolate wedding cake (or go to a wedding with a chocolate wedding cake)?  Was the cake chocolate inside and out?  How did it fit with the rest of the decor?
