Hi Melissa,
To figure this out, consider the following:
A regular sized bottle of wine holds 25.4 ounces, which will give you approx. 4 glasses of wine per bottle.
25 bottles will serve approx. 100 people just one glass each.
For a special event - plan on about two glasses of wine per person.
I recommend that you purchase at least 25 bottles of red, and at least 25 bottles more of a white wine. A third case would assure that everyone has enough, but 2 (25's) would probably be ok.
Purchasing by the case is often less expensive.
